MENTOR COACHING
Emboldening and elevating coaches’ core skills for breakthrough work and mutual growth.
What Mentor Coaching Is
Mentor coaching is a structured, collaborative process where you receive feedback on your coaching based on observed sessions. The aim is to help you refine your approach and deepen alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies.
As a Certified Mentor Coach and ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), I bring both mentor-coaching and master-level coaching competencies to our work. This means your development is guided by evidence-based practice rather than preference or style.
