Who We Support

As an MCC coach, we’re qualified to mentor coaches at all ICF credential levels: ACC, PCC, and MCC.

ACC + PCC Mentor Coaching (Group Program)

A group learning experience blending PCC-aligned mentor coaching with continuing education on coaching neurodiverse clients. The program meets the 10-hour mentor-coaching requirement and includes 4 ICF CCE hours focused on inclusive, neuroscience-informed coaching practices.

MCC-Level Mentor Coaching (1:1)

Individual mentor coaching for experienced coaches who want focused, high-level development.

We don’t coach toward a script. We coach toward awareness, choice, and presence.

Integrating the Frameworks You Already Use

Many experienced coaches come with training in models such as Positive Intelligence, Conversational Intelligence, or Energy Leadership.

Denice is trained in these approaches and helps you integrate them without becoming overly structured.

You will learn to:

  • Draw on frameworks without leading the client

  • Use them as internal guidance rather than external structure

  • Stay aligned with ICF competencies while expanding flexibility
