Denice is someone who I can go back to with challenges and difficult agendas that I encounter as a coach. In our work together, she shows genuine support to bring the best out of my ideas. Denice listens deeply and beyond what I am saying, expands how I am thinking, to see clearly and come up with specific actions. The biggest shift that I came to be cognizant of as a result of working with Denice is that she considers many aspects of a given theme. She takes the role of a bridge to connect communities with a good cause, and she focuses seamlessly on nonprofit organization development. She models trust and, with a gentle nudge, makes me challenge my growth as a leader. She is continuously challenging herself, and this inspires me to evolve further.
