First, my career would not have had the upward trajectory without Denice's help. She provided the structure and ability to open my mind to possibilities. She pushed me to listen, involve others in decision making, and use my resources to solve ongoing issues. As a matter of fact, she did this through three phases of my career! Her process is targeted to each individual and she listened beyond what I was saying and expanded how I thought about strategic thinking, building my teams, and being more of a transformative leader. Each session I had with Denice came out with a resolution.
